Bo Derek
Born: 20 November 1956
Birthplace: Long Beach, California
Best Known As: Buxom co-star of the movie 10
Name at birth: Mary Cathleen Collins
Bo Derek made a splash as Dudley Moore's lust object in the 1979 comedy 10. Two years earlier she had married director John Derek, who had taken charge of her image and delivered her to Hollywood as Bo Derek. As a sex symbol Derek was a huge success, but only briefly; 1984's Bolero left a stink that erased the pleasant memory of 10, and Bo's career never recovered. Her marriage lasted, however, and after Bo was widowed in 1998 she returned to television in NBC's Wind on the Water. Her other films include Tommy Boy (1995, with Chris Farley) and Tarzan, the Ape Man (1981).
Derek's cornrow braids in 10 sparked a short national craze... The movie also created a renaissance for the haunting tune "Bolero" by classical composer Maurice Ravel.

Bruce Willis
Born: 19 March 1955
Birthplace: Idar-Oberstein, Germany
Best Known As: Star of the Die Hard movie series
Name at birth: Walter Willison
Bruce Willis hit it big in 1988 as a scrappy action hero in the terrorists-in-the-skyscraper film Die Hard. Willis grew up in New Jersey and began acting in college. He was partnered with Cybill Shepherd in the TV detective romance Moonlighting from 1985-89. During the show's run he made the leap to the big screen, starring in Blind Date with Kim Basinger before his turn as disillusioned cop John McClane in Die Hard. The film was a smashing success and spawned two sequels, Die Hard 2: Die Harder (1990) and Die Hard With A Vengeance (1995). Willis followed up with a series of action films good and bad (including the notorious 1991 flop Hudson Hawk) and his 12-year marriage to Demi Moore was constant fodder for the gossip sheets. He has made a habit of taking smaller character parts as well as leading roles, including a much-appreciated appearance in Pulp Fiction (1994, with Ving Rhames). His other films include 12 Monkeys (1995, co-starring Brad Pitt), The Sixth Sense (1999) and Unbreakable (2000, with Samuel L. Jackson).
Willis and Moore were married from 1987-2000. They had three daughters together: Rumer Glenn (b. 1988), Scout LaRue (b. 1991), and Tallulah Belle (b. 1994). Scout is reportedly named for the youthful heroine of the book To Kill a Mockingbird... Willis has recorded two blues albums and goes by the musical nickname "Bruno."
