Horoscope for the week October 26—November 1, 2026

The week of October 26 through November 1, 2026, begins with a very convincing argument for treating yourself. What could possibly go wrong? Well, Monday's Full Moon in Taurus has a few thoughts on the matter, and your credit card statement may have even more.

Taurus has impeccable taste and a weakness for life's finer pleasures. Under this Full Moon, everything from designer shoes to an outrageously expensive dinner may seem like a perfectly reasonable investment in your happiness. The temptation is real, but so is the rent. Before hitting "Place Order," ask yourself whether you genuinely want that beautiful thing or just love the thrill of buying it. Even luxury loses its sparkle when the bill arrives.

Besides, some of life's best indulgences don't require a reservation or a three-digit price tag. Fresh sheets, your favorite takeout, a ridiculously good movie, or an entire evening when nobody expects you to answer a single message can feel downright decadent. And with Pluto in Aquarius stirring up financial complications, that forgotten subscription or mysteriously inflated bill could make an appearance at the worst possible moment. Check the numbers before making your grand entrance.

Unfortunately, your spending habits aren't the only thing under scrutiny on Monday. On October 26, the Sun in Scorpio squares Pluto in Aquarius, and suddenly everyone seems to have something they've been dying to get off their chest. A casual remark about dinner plans could spiral into an argument about trust, loyalty, or that incident from last spring you thought had been permanently retired. Apparently, someone kept the receipts.

The opening complaint may be a decoy. Scorpio has a talent for uncovering what people would rather leave buried, while Pluto in Aquarius pushes back hard against control and manipulation. Throw in two bruised egos, and suddenly nobody wants to back down. If you feel tempted to deliver a devastating final line, save it for your imaginary acceptance speech. Asking one uncomfortable but sincere question could get you much further than an ultimatum.

Fortunately, Halloween arrives with a much more entertaining kind of drama. On Saturday, October 31, the Moon begins its visit in Cancer, making a cozy night at home sound like the ultimate luxury. Homemade comfort food, a few candles, your favorite people, and a horror movie you've already seen five times? Honestly, not a bad plan. But once the Moon slips into Leo, your social ambitions may undergo a spectacular revival. Suddenly, the party invitation you ignored looks intriguing, your costume deserves an audience, and staying in feels like a missed opportunity.

Sunday, November 1, keeps the Leo energy going, complete with a little extra confidence, creative inspiration, and the urge to make an impression. If you're still riding Saturday night's high, you may be tempted to keep the festivities going. But the Last Quarter Moon has another idea: it's time to clear some space.

Your closet can wait. Think about the commitments you've been dragging around, the invitations you accepted out of guilt, and the favors that somehow turned into permanent responsibilities. You might discover that your schedule is more overcrowded than your wardrobe, and considerably less fun. A polite cancellation, a delegated task, or one well-timed "Sorry, I can't" could feel surprisingly liberating.

By Sunday night, you may know exactly what deserves your money and your time. Keep the fabulous things that genuinely make life better. As for everything else? Darling, even the most beautiful invitation doesn't deserve an automatic yes.
