Leonardo DiCaprio

Born November 11, 1974 Leonardo Di Caprio is an actor whose time has come. His portrayal of Jack Dawson in Titanic (1997) made him a high level actor. Di Caprio has versatile talent that ranges from What's Eating Gilbert Grape (1993) through his current film The Wolf of Wall Street (2013). He received a Golden Globe nomination for his portrayer of J. Edgar Hoover in 2011.

Di Caprio acted in commercials and educational shows as a child and his first movie was The Basketball Diaries (1995) followed by Romeo + Juliet (1996). Di Caprio has also starred in Catch Me If You Can (2002) and Revolutionary Road in 2008. He has also played in the award winning Django Unchanged and the Great Gatsby (2013). His career is highly diverse and Di Caprio has shown that he can be dramatic as well as comedic.

Following his performance on Titanic Di Caprio stayed low for a number of years and then returned The Man in the Iron Mask (1999) and The Gangs of New York in 2002. He currently demands a salary of $20 million a picture and is one of the biggest film stars in the world. Leonardo Di Caprio devotes his life (when not acting) environmental issues and is involved in The 11th Hours, a documentary about the decline of the environment. He has donated over $60,000 to an organization that promotes gay and lesbians. With his talent and demand, Di Caprio has the ability to pick and choose the films he acts in.
