This occurs when the planets are at their greater elongation East or West of the Sun so appear during the dark hours. Venus - one of the 10 major planets. Ruler of Taurus & Libra. Known as the Morning Star or Evening Star when it appears in the eastern sky at dawn or the western sky at dusk, respectively. Keywords: Love, affection, relationships, the way in which one relates. The way we value, cherish, or appreciate. Harmony, peace, art, aesthetics, the sense of form and relatedness, beauty, grace, contentment, ease, feelings, social life, the pleasure principle, enjoyment, flowers, perfumes, ornaments. Has a love of harmonious and beautiful surroundings; is graceful, gentle, attractive and artistic. In the business chart: Bodes well for matters of the houses it occupies or rules, but is not usually enough in itself to bring about the desired effects.
