A piece of advise please

I am a craftsman and thinking of adding runes to my work to add a special meaning to what i make. i would be writing certain phrases on the objects using the runic alphabet and would like to know if this is relatively safe.

The use of runes or runic inscriptions on objects is fraught with difficulty. One has to be extremely careful not to invoke some unwanted effect through misuse or misinterpretation.

Frankly, it is a job for the experienced runemaster/mistress and I would advise you not to dabble unless you have expert knowledge. It would be wise of you to search the internet for more info. For example: www.edivination.com is rather good site with info sutable for beginers. Good luck!
