I'm new at atempting to go Astral or have an OBE, I never understood the vibrations until I started reading how they can feel different for everyone, when I get my vibrations I get sort of like a tingly feeling...boy do I get those, and alot too...it's like a shock through out my body but with no pain...I can feel them in the feet and hands. I also get the hypnogogic imagery, and the swaying or sinking feeling.
I'd like to get some feedback from as much of you's as possible about everything I just wrote, much appreciated!!
