Centipedes have a few characteristics which are very important towards dream interpretation. One of the characteristics that centipedes possess is their long slimy bodies. They are wriggly and can slip in and out of dark areas without being noticed as easily. Also unlike the cockroach these bugs are generally silent and can move around without being heard for a long time. One of the main features of the centipede that makes it so well known though is their hundreds and hundreds of legs. The creatures can have hundreds or even thousands of legs depending on size and type.
Now it is time to take some of those characteristics and apply then to dream interpretation. If you have a dream in which you see a centipede then it might mean that you are about to participate in what some might label a shady business. There is something going on that doesn't seem quite right and you'll need to pay attention to what that is so that you can get a good fix on what's going on. You need to be careful of your surroundings and extra careful of the kind of people that you choose to associate yourself with or you might get caught up in something dubious. Don't be that to yourself.
To dream that you see a centipede could also bode well for you though in one sense, especially if the centipede seems to be getting along well and making it to all of the destinations it is trying to achieve. If that is the case for the centipede then it means that your life will be chugging along at a good and steady fast pace. This does not mean that it will be so fast that you cannot catch up. It actually means that no matter how fast things go around you, you will be able to go just as fast to meet all of the demands and challenges that come along with that responsibility. You are a dynamo and you will never stop no matter how tough the going gets.
On the opposite hand if you dream that the centipede that you see is going slowly or is stumbling all over itself then it means that you too will have that same thing happen in your life. You will be trying to handle so many different chores and sets of things to do at once that you won't be able to keep them all straight. If this sounds like something you'd do or if this idea sounds anything like your personality might be accustomed to, then you might want to start coming up with good ideas for strategy systems now or else things won't go so well once you do start getting things dumped on you.
Even if you've been around a lot of the things, nobody these days actually likes centipedes. Even the small ones can be pretty scary and even when they're not scary, they are still indicative of an unclean area or a wild area which can cause people to become uneasy. Hopefully you don't have a dream about this creature but if you do it might be a sign you need to clean up your home or your life a little bit.
I dreamed about my grandmother and mom catching multiple centipedes in my ex apartment. They were so quick but harmless and then I was otp with someone asking them about a job and woke up.

Reading the first part I was immediately informed how ignorant people are about my little friends. 1. Centipedes are not slimy, they are shiny, however quite dry, slick tho, things in nature that are shiny are thought of as beautiful, but why not centipedes or snakes for that matter? 2. centa mean hundred, they only have 100 at most but on average most centipedes only have 72 legs all tho there are some that have about 300, I'm sure those were another type of myriapods like millipedes but there has never been one with a thousand legs, no matter the type of myriapod.
Whoever wrote this doesn't seem very mature or informed, however the rest of the presentation was good, accurate, and if i would change one thing, is that the shady business mentioned, could ether involve you or be happening to you behind your back.

I had a dream I was laying in bed, my cat next to me when I noticed something crawling in her fur. I moved her fur to try and find whatever it was and saw some type of insect. When I pulled it out, it was a frantically moving centipede-looking bug that scared the heck out of me. I was trying to put it in a bag to take to the vet and find out what was on my cat but it was so squirmy and frantic it kept getting away. I tried to chop off his head to collect it, but it kept squirming around even with no head and eventually found it's own head and started trying to get away again. It was the creepiest thing. I woke up right after. Can't find any interpretation on this, any ideas?

In my dream , I was casually having a conversation with my family. For some reason , a topic of my wound from my right leg appear. And my uncle said that the wound is actually a hole. Right after that 3 or 4 centipedes came out. Decreasing in size as they came out 1 by 1. I killed each one of it easily as they are not aggressive at all and walked rather slowly. What made me felt weird is because I left foot was perfectly fine. After I killed all those centipedes my would heal gradually over time.

In my dream, my family and i were outside (doing something) and what happens is that i look down my jean-coveres leg and there is a HUGE centipede - about the length of my calf - attached to me. I start screaming and shaking my leg, trying to get it off; my bro-in-law comes running over to "help" and he has a stick with a HUGE spider on it. He says, "pick which one you would rather deal with --- because I hate centipede more than spiders & I would rather not deal with it." ...dick .... I believe the spider will just add more problems and choose to deal with what I got. Then, I loose sight of it. I start to panic again, b/c when you can't see something, you have no idea where it could be I mean, how do you loose sight of something THAT BIG?! My you younger sister shows up and asks what's wrong, I tell her, and then I find the thing starting to wind itself around the joint of my knee (same leg as before). I panic again, shaking my leg, trying to get rid of it. Again, I loose track of it. I eventually start to calm down, thinking that all is well...and then I find it... ...crawling inside and disappearing into my knee joint
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?! I feel like this is a bad omen. Any advice or helpful comment would be welcomed.

Im not too sure. But it sounds like it has something to do with your leg. Maybe a warning sign that something will happen to you knee joint. & maybe by u losing track of the centipede might mean that u are not noticing or not keeping tract of your knee idk im not professional but from what u wrote this is what i first initially thought. I dreamt that i was in a room an i saw a baby centipede when i sprayed the room soooooo many more baby centipedes came out as i was stompin an mashin them to kill them i saw a big black one run out of it hiding place and as soon as i was about to hit it with a hammer someone shout not to kill it an it got away.... My dream was of a kitty who recently died. I was travelling and taking her with me. Along the way we stopped at places. At each place I thought I lost her, then found her. At one stop, when calling for her, a rainbow colored centipede approached me. Looking at the centipede I called my kitty's name and scooped the centipede up in my hands. I, then, put it back down saying that "you" (the centipede) "are not my Tiggie." Right as I put the centipede down, it meowed like my kitty and turned into my Tiggie.

After he killed it another one came out of the ground, this time a big brown one and ate the purple one while another purple one came out and headed the opposite direction.
