You can be disgusted with someone or something at a totally superficial level and then at the same time be completely disgusted with someone or something at the very core of your being and it will affect everything about you from that angle.

If you have a dream about disgust then this means that you are disgusted with yourself. There is something that you have done or said recently that you hate that you did or said. You need to hold yourself accountable for your mistakes and make sure that they do not happen again or else your opinion of yourself will only continue to fall lower and lower.
