Dream Dictionary Divorce

Divorce does not involve just yourself though, but anyone around you affected by your divorce or even the way that you are affected by divorce parents such as your own. There are a lot of different emotions that can come up and add to the complexity of interpretation making it more difficult to determine what a dream about divorce might really mean.

If you have a dream about divorce or divorce parents then this does not actually mean anything about your parents like you might think it would. No instead this has to do with the fact that you are starting to feel separate from yourself. Perhaps you have learned to think a new way on a certain subject but part of you deep down remains unconvinced. All you need to do is separate it from yourself to continue on in life. Just divorce yourself from it and you will be fine. This is what you need to do if you hope to survive well on later in life.

Divorce can also symbolize the separation of yourself from another aspect of yourself. This kind of dream usually comes about when a person has a particularly sensitive revelation that will change their lives or their outlook on life. If you have a dream in which you go through a divorce this could just mean that you have gone through a life altering change and are trying to work through this new vision of yourself that has resulted from this change. So basically, don’t panic too hard, because this is not a terrible revelation about your future.

I had a dream that my mum told my older sister that 'the light in the relationship had died' and she was going to divorce my dad. My dad was heart broken and I hated my mum. What does this mean? I also cried in the dream

I've always had dreams about my parents divorcing just because my dad cheated on my mom (I know, it's very weird.) I'd always yell at my dad for cheating at my mom and he said he didn't. So one day I yelled at him and he said, "Fine, I am cheating on your mom, but please don't tell her." and that's how I learned from my dreams.

I've had this reoccurring dream in kindergarten and first grade. In this dream my parents divorced and my mom moved on with this new guy who was a coomplete jerk. Turns out this actually ended up happening.

I have been searching for a meaning of a dream and I can't seem to find it. I dreamt that two of my close female friends' (who are sisters) husbands left them at the same time - in both situations it was a shock separation, no warning.
