Above all, you are being asked to trust yourself. Any past challenges were not failures but necessary trials that equipped you with the skills you needed to get you to this point. You are capable and strong. You are deserving of rewards. Allow yourself to enjoy them.

Trust comes from blind faith or the perfect knowledge of the circumstances around you. The latter is more enlightened and powerful, and it is what you have been called to do. You are well aware of the painful and pleasant parts of the universe, of the traps and the blessings waiting for you in life. What you have been asked to do is choose to give the joys in life more power.

You are not living your life through naivete, or ignoring that negative aspects of the universe exist, but through a determined choice to pursue the greater good at all times. You are guided by your true purpose, you are guided by the choices that give you meaning. That is the path to true happiness.

You have been beaten down, you have been bitter, you have been angry. But you can leave that all in the past with the choice to reinvent yourself. We all have the ability to choose which person we want to be at any moment. With the right choice comes enlightenment.
