Health Horoscope 2021 Aquarius
You haven’t had the easiest time of things, Aquarius, when it comes to your health. You’ve tried your best to take care of yourself, but you’re not quite where you want to be when it comes to your body. That’s okay. You’re not doing anything wrong. You’ve been doing the absolute best you can. 2021 is when that fight is going to turn a corner for you. How? Don’t worry: you’re not going to have to exert that much more effort, but you are going to change where that effort is directed. It’s going to be a pivotal time for you.
You’re probably expecting us to recommend starting with a hardcore fitness plan in January. You know, some sort of extreme CrossFit training while eating nothing but whey. Nothing could be further from the truth, Aquarius. We want you instead to book yourself a retreat. What does this involve? As little as possible. If you can, book a place (like a hotel) away from your normal life. If that’s not possible, just staying home is fine, but turn off all of the screens no matter what. You are going to spend that time doing completely….nothing. You need a baseline recharge state and this is the way you’re going to get it.
But in February 2021, lookout. That’s when you need to put on the sweatsuit and get moving. If you don’t have a good health plan yet, now’s the time to start running with one. In fact, you’re literally going to start with running or at least walking. Get yourself out and about and moving, even if it’s just for a short distance. You need to start to make a habit out of moving those legs and feeling what longer distances are like. This course is going to keep going all year. The goal is to be running 10Ks by December. If that seems daunting to you, Aquarius, just keep moving. You’re going to surprise yourself by the end of the year.
Luckily there’s a hefty break for you scheduled in August 2021. No, you’re not going to take the entire month off from working out, but you are going to slow your pace down just a bit at this time. You’ll have Saturn in your corner then and they’re going to be like your coach: putting a towel over you and telling you what you did wrong. What you’re going to want to do at this time is keep moving, but do so at a much slower pace. If you have a hefty workout plan going then, you’re going to scale it back a little bit (but only a little). If work is running you ragged, you’re going to take an extra day off here and there. Ideally, you’ll also unplug completely, getting yourself away from laptops, TVs, and phones. Slow down, Aquarius. Then get ready to pick the pace back up in September, fully recharged. Know the value of doing this and what it means to recharge your batteries.
You probably won’t recognize yourself come December, Aquarius. You’ll have shifted the way you move, the way you eat, and - most importantly - the way you think about yourself. These shifts, no matter how small, are enough to put you on a different and healthier course for the rest of your life. The burden of feeling like you should be doing more should be much, much lighter as you find you are actually doing more than you thought. Good work! Treat yourself right and recognize how important a contribution to your life this is.
