Do something for yourself the last day of the week. Read a book, take a nap, and go to the movies. Cleaning up your environment is a good goal. Learn what is important about your life and exercise. Send out good feelings and thoughts to those around you. This is energizing.
The end of this week brings and energy shift. Emotions are high and you must relax. Eat well and exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Take care of yourself. Read good books and increase your brain power. If you slow down you will accomplish more. Listen to your loved ones with a new ear and a deeper sense of commitment. They love you and need your care and patience.
