Ideally, in 2021 none of the signs would have to work for a living. Wouldn’t that be great? If we could, we’d give all of you enough money to live out the rest of your days. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way (do you know how much astrologers make? Not enough.) so we’re going to do one better. We’re going to show you that this coming year has the potential for a great career change for every sign under the sun. Some will need to do different things from others, but everyone will need to exert some effort to make the job changes they need.

January 2021 is a brutal month for everyone. Every sign is going to struggle on the job front to varying degrees, especially Pisces and Taurus. Perseverance is the name of the game for everyone. The rewards are going to be slight, but just like with any hard task: getting to the finish line is a reward in itself. Take a hard experience like that and learn from it. The lessons are going to serve you well for the coming months and beyond.

Neptune is ambulating in a strange manner across the skies. This is going to be especially strongly felt in the spring when everyone’s jobs are going to go through a great shakeup. Expect late March and early April 2021 to be times of restructuring, layoffs, unexpected reassignments, and just general change in the working routine. Don’t forget though: change means the potential for lots of growth and learning. Seize that opportunity when it presents itself.

Aries is going to be feeling work strains the hardest in May and possibly June, but all of the Earth signs, in particular, will be working extra hard during this time. That effort won’t be wasted, though, as all of the energy created at this time will be channeled to future endeavors. The signs follow the laws of thermodynamics here: energy will not be created or destroyed, just channeled. This is worth remembering when things feel especially difficult and strenuous. To ease your burdens some, know that the absolute nadir of work efforts will fall on May 29th, 2021 with every sign feeling an extra burden on their collective and individual backs.

What if everyone could take a moment and find their dream job? What if everyone just dropped their hammers, computers, and aprons and moved on to something they loved doing more? Wouldn’t that be a fantastic effort? That’s exactly the energy Saturn is putting out in late summer into early fall. It’s a period of collective celestial general striking where every sign (most especially water and fire) will feel the impulse to chase their dreams. Some are encouraged to do exactly that, possibly even stopping their immediate jobs, well, immediately. Others are encouraged to speculate and plan a bit more, start to strategize towards what they want their eventual end games to be. This great industrial flux is a good thing, not just for personal mental health but for the forces of the universe. This is a great cosmic turning point and the stars thrive on our mixing up labor energies like this, causing cascading waves to echo out into the stars and beyond. Yes, it’s true. The universe cares about what we’re doing for our day jobs and wants us to be happy. If we can listen to those comforting, encouraging voices in the sky, we can find the true passions that make it that much easier to get up in the morning and earn the rent and pay for the cat food. The universe knows that a nine to five can be a pain.
